Easter Bunny Subdued by Accident

I'm thankful for some serious face time with the Easter Bunny. I suppose I caught him by surprise last weekend while he was leaving a basket on my new highchair. The story is actually a little embarrassing.

Confusing him for the Baby Food Bandit, I subdued him until backup arrived. Apparently, I was a little over zealous in my apprehension of the suspect. Daddy explained that the Easter Bunny is authorized, just like Santa, to access our home for religious celebratory reasons.

So anyways, no one was seriously hurt and we had a nice visit over a bottle of formula and a few jelly beans. We discussed a number of mutual concerns, including global warming (it affects the chocolate) and depletion of the rain forest (fewer places to hide candy).

I can't wait until next year to see my new friend, Peter Cotton-Tail. Bye Easter Bunny!
