Tape rolling... ACTION

The motto for the company David works for is "helping save lives." One way the professionals as well as regular people can help save lives is by knowing and administering CPR when necessary. Research has shown that the quality of the CPR is vital for successfully saving lives.

To demonstrate this, the entire LaCombe family participated in a film shoot that tells the story of a mom who goes into cardiac arrest while in the parking lot of a grocery store. William plays the baby, Mommy plays a bystander who helps the little boy, and Daddy plays a classroom instructor in another part of the film.

We'll let you know when the full version is released!!

Doing the walk through with the paramedics

Filming the stretcher scene when the on-screen Mommy is taken to the hospital

Between takes, William gets a front seat view of an ambulance... he said, "am-bance"... "sit"...

That is one excited young ambulance driver... and a very proud Daddy!

William took a tour of the back of the ambulance

Our young star giving directions, it appears!

Ok, back to the drivers seat... he loved it!!

Superstar William posing for his closeups!!!

Shooting one of the bystander scenes (real Mommy rushes to help the baby!)

Another shot with the camera getting the point of view of the patient... looking at her baby as the bystanders rush in to help!

Shooting the resuscitation scene... the bystander starts CPR while the baby is comforted and all wait for the paramedics to arrive!

We will be completing our shoot on Thursday. Our little superstar was amazing today. He had not napped so we were not sure how he would behave. He was such a trooper! He was patient and flexible. It's almost like he got into his little part!! On the way home, little William dozed off... getting his beauty rest, we suppose!!
