Family trip to Liberty Ridge

Having declared a moratorium on home improvement projects, we packed the Pathfinder and headed to Liberty Ridge Farm. Located near Albany, the farm is renowned for its huge maze cut into a cornfield.

The drive North was spectacular - autumn colors replaced the normal green with brilliant oranges, yellows, reds, and every color in between. With each turn in the road we exclaimed "oooh and ahhh." It reminded me of watching fireworks.

We arrived at the farm just before noon, and the temperature was only 55 degrees. Pookah knew we were up to something, and he was excited and barely could sit still as he put on his jacket and hat.

After entering the farm we spotted a mini-maze. KC and David viewed the maze with a smitten smirk - not realizing that they'd be stuck in the puzzle for some time.
