Over the falls in a barrel...
Hello people...William Noel here.
Today, I was at the end of my rope...literally! While my parents were briefly distracted by the natural beauty of the Minnewaska State Park, I fastened a hasty craft to navigate over the Awosting Falls.
Just as I prepared to get my craft into the water, my Daddy swooped in and rescued me - he said he was protecting me from certain injury. I think he has his eye setting the family record for free falling over a waterfall.
In any case...my parents wanted me to tell you that Awosting Falls is a spectacular waterfall nesteled in the beautiful countryside near New Paltz, NY. Apparently this area is also known for having some of the best rock climbing in the Northeast. Let me know if you know a place where I can get some rappeling gear cheap.
Oops..I got to run...I hear my daddy looking for me. Until next time...you can count on me for the latest in infant adventuring!
William Noel...on belay
P.S. - My Mommy took pictures of these sunflowers on the ride home. Pretty cool...eh?
